Questo titolo “FACCIO A PEZZI IL TEATRO”, esprime due mie personalissime esigenze che sono poi le due ragioni stesse che hanno dato vita allo spettacolo: la prima deriva dal fatto che quando mi hanno chiesto di inaugurare il teatro AMBRA JOVINELLI a Roma nel 2001, non avevo la possibilità di portare sul palcoscenico uno spettacolo scenograficamente completo poichè ero contemporaneamente impegnato nella tournèe teatrale. La seconda ragion/esigenza è di ordine artistico e cioè: mi piace, da un pò di tempo, pensare a spettacoli che diano la sensazione dell’improvvisazione, del non confezionato. E così è nato “FACCIO A PEZZI IL TEATRO!” che con l’aiuto di pochi e intercambiabili elementi scenografici consente di mettere in scena brani tratti da mie commedie diverse. In questo caso i brani sono tratti da “DI MAMMA CE N’E’ UNA SOLA”, “L’AMICO DEL CUORE” e “…E FUORI NEVICA!”. Ovviamente ho cercato di scegliere quei brani che, pur estratti dal loro ideale contesto drammaturgico, abbiano tuttavia una loro autonomia, soprattutto comica. In teatro la formula ha incontrato un grande consenso. Io spero che proprio la frammentarietà che lo caratterizza renda “FACCIO A PEZZI IL TEATRO!” uno spettacolo adatto a raggiungere quel difficle punto d’incontro tra le esigenze di una messinscena teatrale e ritmi più veloci del video. ENGLISH DESCRIPTION:
This title “FACCIO A PIZZI IL TEATRO” expresses two very personal needs of mine which are the two reasons that gave life to the show: the first comes from the fact that when they asked me to inaugurate the AMBRA JOVINELLI theater in Rome in 2001, I did not have the chance to bring a scenographically complete show to the stage as I was simultaneously involved in the theatrical tour. The second reason / requirement is artistic, that is: I like, for some time, think of shows that give the feeling of improvisation, of the unpackaged. And so it was born “FACCIO A PEZZI IL TEATRO!” that with the help of a few and interchangeable scenographic elements it allows you to stage pieces taken from my different comedies. In this case the songs are taken from “MOMMA CE N’E ‘UNA SOLA”, “THE FRIEND OF THE HEART” and “… AND OUTSIDE NEVICA!”. Obviously I tried to choose those passages that, although extracted from their ideal dramatic context, nevertheless have their own autonomy, especially comic. In the theater the formula met a great consensus. I hope that the fragmentary character that characterizes it makes “DO THE TEATRO A PIECES”! a show suitable to reach that difficult meeting point between the needs of a theatrical staging and faster rhythms of video.
