ENGLISH:

In a single collection three films, signed by Luigi Comencini and ultimately Dino Risi, which have won a role of deserved prestige among the best comedies ever made in Italy. The iconic settings, the elegant hatching of the characters, the thrilling rhythm, the communicative immediacy, the joy and lightness of the cinema have made it an immediate success that remained imperishable. And above all timeless is the irresistible charm of the characters and actors who play them: the Marshal Carotenuto by Vittorio De Sica and the “Bersagliera” by Gina Lollobrigida, who then in the last film passes the baton to “La smargiassa” by Sophia Loren. But no less are the varied “outline” figures, in an extraordinary trilogy that makes the festive chorality its own trademark and that today we can appreciate in a restored version
