In Sempre più bello Marta, dopo un rischioso trapianto ai polmoni, torna finalmente alla sua vita. Gabriele è con lei, è sempre stato con lei. E insieme decidono di andare a convivere in una casa tutta nuova, solo per loro. Orfani della stravaganza di Marta, Jacopo e Federica si dedicano così alla ricerca di nuovi coinquilini. Tutto sembra procedere per il meglio, ma improvvisamente la malattia della ragazza si ripresenta. La situazione si complica drammaticamente. Marta viene ricoverata d’urgenza. Tutti i suoi amici, preoccupati da questa ennesima ricaduta si riuniscono in ospedale in attesa di notizie da Dario, ormai fidato medico che la ha in cura. Gabriele, disperato, cerca di ricontattare l’austera e schiva nonna di Marta, con cui la ragazza non ha più rapporti da molti anni. In questo momento in cui la vita della giovane è appesa a un filo, sembrerebbe essere lei l’unica a poter decidere del suo destino.

In Sempre Piu Bello, Marta, after a risky lung transplant, finally returns to her life. Gabriele is with her, he has always been with her. And together they decide to go and live together in a whole new house, just for them. Orphans of Marta’s extravagance, Jacopo and Federica thus dedicate themselves to the search for new roommates. Everything seems to be going well, but suddenly the girl’s illness returns. The situation becomes dramatically more complicated. Marta is hospitalized urgently. All of her friends, worried by this umpteenth relapse, gather in the hospital to await news from Dario, the now trusted doctor who is treating her. Gabriele, desperate, tries to get back in touch with Marta’s austere and shy grandmother, with whom the girl hasn’t had a relationship for many years. At this moment in which the young girl’s life is hanging by a thread, it would seem that she is the only one who can decide her fate.
