A group of criminals who Tracy is keeping under control because of involvment in a series of jewelry thefts,
has problems. The bandits, in fact, are decimated by a mysterious killer. Tracy investigates and discovers that
the ruthless murderer is none other than their former boss. He in fact wants to avenge the betrayal he suffered by his men.
