Nashira is a world where air is the rarest good: only the immense trees that cover the empire of Talaria can produce it and an arcane stone is able to hold it. This is how Talitha, daughter of the Earl of the Summer Kingdom, has always lived, until the sudden death of her beloved sister forces her to take her place in the monastery. But Talitha is a fighter and that life, with its intrigues and prohibitions, is close to her: her destiny is the sword, and with the faithful slave Saiph she plans to escape.
