Entrambi direttori creativi di due aziende di ceramiche e sanitari sull’orlo della fusione, si sfideranno per conquistare l’unico posto di Responsabile nella nuova società. Le qualità dell’uno sembrano mancare all’altro e proprio per questo l’azienda decide di far loro una “proposta indecente”: un vero e proprio “scambio di vite” per cercare di capire (e accettare!) le rispettive abitudini e gli immancabili segreti…

Luca Molteni is a charming man, single by choice, and extremely successful with women. Rocco Fontana is married to Claudia, has three children, a house in the country, and is perpetually on a diet. One is a meticulous surveyor, the other a whimsical architect. They have only one thing in common: their work. Both creative directors of two ceramic and sanitaryware companies on the verge of a merger, they will compete for the sole position of Manager in the new company. The qualities of one seem to be lacking in the other, and for this very reason, the company decides to make them an “indecent proposition”: a true “swap of lives” to try to understand (and accept!) each other’s habits and inevitable secrets…
