ENGLISH:

What are the recipes for happiness? They’re the ones that don’t weigh you down but whet your appetite, that comfort you (if needed), that cleanse you, and that allow you to bring tasty and healthy dishes to the table every day. Those that make me feel good in body and spirit. They’re the recipes I prepare for myself and my family and that I share here with all of you. Leafing through the book’s chapters—Down with Routine, To Stay Light, Today I Want to Exaggerate, Part-Time Vegetarians, and Sweet Vices—you’ll find more than 140 alternatives (all photographed by me!) to choose from, lots of tips for smart shopping, and a few tricks for staying light and experimenting with new and super-healthy foods the right way.

Simple, family recipes. It’s an excellent gift for a family who loves cooking. The descriptions are well-written, and overall, it’s a well-written book.
