In viaggio di nozze a Roma, la giovane sposina Wanda si eclissa per raggiungere il suo eroe dei fotoromanzi, lo Sceicco Bianco, al quale scrive assiduamente firmandosi ‘bambola appassionata’. Qui conosce finalmente il suo mito, che la invita ad unirsi alla troupe per alcune scene da girare a Fregene. Wanda viene corteggiata assiduamente dallo sceicco, mentre intanto il marito, non trovandola, si dispera.

On their honeymoon in Rome, the young bride Wanda disappears to join her hero of photo novels, the White Sheikh, to whom she writes assiduously, signing herself as ‘passionate doll’. Here she finally knows her legend, which invites her to join the troupe for some scenes to be shot in Fregene. Wanda is assiduously courted by the sheikh, while in the meantime her husband, not finding her, is in despair.
